Turkey, the biggest breed of domestic poultry, offers you various types of meat which differ in colour, consistency, flavour and the preparation and serving possibilities. You can choose either from chilled or frozen meat and our offer contains also live poultry (turkey cock/hen).
The typical flavour of turkey is highly influenced by the processing technology and by the specific slaughter process – so we are mindful of this procedure too. Every step is carefully controlled by a specialized group of technologists. In addition, there is a sophisticated system of monitoring which helps to prevent failures and to immediately react to the potential inconveniences
